The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Disease research. The words just seem to go together, after all of these years.
The now 58 year old has shared his story, struggles, and triumphs with the world in his nearly 30 years since being diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. He has also made strides in advancing breakthrough research and innovation with The Michael J. Fox Foundation—working towards a mission of eradicating Parkinson’s Disease in our lifetime.
THE MICHAEL J. FOX FOUNDATION AND WHAT IT MEANS TO BIG FISH
At present, I have four friends dealing with Parkinson’s Disease. It’s a sobering thought that made me want to help in any way possible.
We began Big Fish Products with the notion of selling fun t-shirts and baseball caps. Our mission from the start was always tied to “giving back”. The question was… give to who?
The Michael J. Fox Foundation, unlike many well-known drives, gives $0.88 of every dollar donated directly to help the people who need it the most.
Big Fish donates a portion of all proceeds to the Michael J. Fox Foundation. It’s our goal to continue selling great products and supporting The Michael J. Fox Foundation on a regular basis.

The Michael J. Fox Foundation is dedicated to finding a cure for Parkinson’s Disease through an aggressively funded research agenda and to ensuring the development of improved therapies for those living with Parkinson’s today.
