The American Cancer Society is a nationwide voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer. Established in 1913, the society is organized into six geographical regions of both medical and lay volunteers operating in more than 250 regional offices throughout the United States.

THE MICHAEL J. FOX FOUNDATION
The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research is dedicated to finding a cure for Parkinson’s Disease through funded research and ensuring the development of improved therapies for those living with Parkinson’s today. Eighty-eight cents of every dollar the foundation spends goes to research programs.
